Ballyconnell Cemeteries Heritage Project

Beginning this Wednesday 12th May 7pm in Tomregan Parish hall. The first session of a fascinating project for anyone interested in exploring local history and the local graveyards in Ballyconnell and Kildallon.
The project will be led by local historian Dr Brendan Scott and is part of the Peace 111 Networking Programme. Everyone welcome no previous knowledge required!

Forward meeting

Thursday 13th May There will be a meeting of the Forward Group in Tomregan Hall at 7pm. Please can all members make every effort to attend.

Kenya Visit Fundraiser

Parish Outing

The trip will take place on Saturday 5th June 2010. We will be going to Newcastle, Co. Down. Mary Thornton will be the trip organiser and will need the names of people wishing to go as soon as possible so that she can book the correct size bus. Either ring Mary on 028 66348662 or let any Swanlinbar parishioner know, they will then pass the message to Mary. Please do not leave this to the last minute and then you will be sure of a place on the bus. Cost will be worked out on the numbers of people travelling, the more that go the lower the cost.
