Diocesan Meetings You may have read in the Scribe that the Bishop is conducting a series of meetings to help explore the way forward for the diocese. He has already spent a time with the clergy and is now seeking to listen to lay representatives from parishes. Lay readers and parish readers have been invited and John and I have asked a representative from each parish to attend the lay day on March 22nd. At the request of the diocese we have chosen representatives that between them represent different ages and gender in the group. |

Graveyards A number of our churches have graveyards. To help us keep them looking well may we gently ask that old wreaths and flowers are removed from graves and disposed of once they are no longer of use. As the graveyards have no rubbish facilities please ensure all rubbish is taken home... |
