Weekly Prayer Meeting

New Wine 11th - 16th July

New Wine logo This is a Christian Summer Conference which is held in Sligo each year. It is for people of all ages . Day tickets are available, (full day & evening of events is £30 or €34) Please speak to Richard if you would like further details.

We are invited to the following events in Kilmore

Fun Evening

The Killeshandra Group invite folk to a fun evening and buffet at the Arches Farmhouse Drumyouth Arva, 7.30 - late. on Friday 9th July. Loads of activities and fun . Tickets from David Morton - Adult €10 Child €5. Proceeds in aid of the Killeshandra group of Parishes.

BBQ and Dance

Friday 16th July from 8pm at the parochial hall Kilmore.

Praise Service

Praise service on Saturday 17th July 8pm in the Cathedral. This will have Cathedral and Diocesan Choirs and Linda Lindsay (Lisbellaw) and Colin Elliot (Portadown)
If you would like to be a part of the diocesan choir for this rehearsals are Thursdays 8th July & 15th July at 8pm in the Cathedral.

Anniversary Festival Service

The Cathedral Anniversary Festival Service with the Cathedral choir and the Newmills Choral group will be held on Sunday 18th July at 4pm. Preacher: Bishop of Kilmore.

Away Day Saturday

Goose Goose Goose Goose

Working together—witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth.
There will be further details soon but please put 14th August in the diary if you wish to be part of our group looking at the vision day. This will be a Saturday away looking at our group life and exploring those things we might do better together. There will be time later in the year for individual parishes to explore our vision day message.

July Newsletter

Don’t forget when you are out and about at parish events this summer, if you see anything of interest that you would like to share with the group, take a picture and send it into the office or pass on to Richard for inclusion. Any items to be included need to be with Richard for Monday at the latest as we are hoping to print it on Wednesday 7th which is two days earlier than normal..
